Long‑term rental rates published on this website apply only to standard residential leases of 12 months or longer. These rates are based on unfurnished units and do not include utilities or additional services such as trash removal, WiFi, snow plowing, yard maintenance, or housekeeping. Standard long‑term leases also require first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit at signing.

Short‑term, furnished, or contractor‑crew housing is offered separately and is priced according to the specific needs of the project. Rates for these stays may include utilities, WiFi, trash service, snow removal, yard care, housekeeping, and other services as requested. Because these arrangements fall outside standard residential leasing, pricing is custom‑quoted and may reflect state per diem guidelines, occupancy levels, duration of stay, and service requirements.
